1. Start KYC Verification
Open the Paasa app.
Tap on Complete KYC in the app.
This will open a secure HyperVerge verification link in your browser.
2. Face Match Verification
Follow the instructions to scan your face for verification.
Ensure you're in a well-lit environment and avoid any obstructions (no glasses, masks, or hats).
3. Upload Your PAN Card
You’ll be asked to upload a clear photo of your PAN card.
Make sure all details are visible—blurry or cropped images may cause delays.
4. Complete DigiLocker Verification
After uploading your PAN, you’ll be redirected to DigiLocker for identity verification.
Log in to your DigiLocker account and give permission to share your documents.
If DigiLocker verification is successful, your KYC is complete.
5. Alternative: Upload an Identity Document
If DigiLocker doesn’t work, you can manually upload another identity document (passport, Aadhaar, etc.).
Ensure the document is clear and fully visible.
6. Submit & Wait for Approval
Once submitted, HyperVerge processes your KYC in a few minutes.
In rare cases, manual verification may take up to 24 hours.
Troubleshooting & Common Issues
Issue | Solution |
Face match failed | Ensure you’re in a well-lit area and remove any obstructions (glasses, masks, etc.). |
PAN card not recognized | Upload a high-quality image with clear text and no glare. |
DigiLocker verification failed | Try again or use the manual document upload option. |
KYC stuck in processing | If verification takes more than 24 hours, contact Paasa Support. |
